Facilitation Philosophy
I create interactive and meaningful learning experiences through:
Participant-centered design: Pre-session diagnostics and live polls ensure content addresses real pain points
Multi-modal engagement: Live assessments, breakout activities, peer sharing, hands-on toolkits
Evidence-based frameworks: Drawing from University of Toronto Transformational Leadership certification and Google Project Management training
Continuous feedback loops: Mid-session pulse checks, post-session reflection, 30-day implementation follow-ups
Measurable outcomes: pre/post knowledge assessments, action plan completion rates
